A world of your own

Three steps to your next session

  • Make it yours

Accept an invitation, pick a name and choose a Paper version. Your saved world does not use a running slot.

  • Press Start

Join the shared queue and confirm when a slot is ready. Stay on the page while your world gets ready.

  • Meet your friends

Join through your hostname or public IP. Empty Free servers stop after five minutes; your files stay saved.

Start small. Build big.

A good world deserves room to grow.

Free comes first. Boost, Plus and Premium are being prepared with longer play sessions and more room. No paid plans are on sale during the beta.

Before you dig in

A few things worth knowing

Is my server always online?

Origin is on-demand hosting. Press Start in the portal, wait until it is online, then join. Connecting in Minecraft does not start a sleeping server.

Will my world disappear when it stops?

No. Your files remain saved. Free worlds expire after 90 days without a successful start, with an email warning and a 30-day recovery archive.

Can Java and Bedrock friends play together?

Compatible Paper versions can use Geyser and Floodgate. The portal checks versions before enabling crossplay and gives Bedrock its own connection details.

How do I join the beta?

Registration is invitation-only. Contact [email protected] to ask about a place. The first beta is limited to ten saved worlds.
